4.1 Accidental or Erroneous Transactions – If the user made a payment by accident and immediately contacted support, Shrtlygen may, at its discretion, process a cancellation.
4.2 Smart Plan Cancellation – Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining token balance.
